Dinner times run so much smoother with a menu in place. I was listening to a podcast recently that was talking about decision fatigue and simplifying your life by trying making decisions when you can , ONE time. The 2 ways I apply this to my life:
- Having a weekly menu- I sit down and make a menu for the entire week. This allows me to make 1 decision, instead of 7.
- Picking out your clothes for the week- on Sundays I pick out all of my clothes for the week. This includes my work and workout clothes.
