Happy Fitness Friday! Above is a *fun* workout you can do from the comfort of your own home!!! On Fridays I post my weekly workouts and talk about fitness goals. Sometimes it’s like learning a new language 🙂 If you are looking at making fitness goals, my biggest tip would be- make a plan, treat it like you would any other priority in your life. Because guess what- you deserve it!!

5 Rounds:
12 Chest-to-bar Pullups – Seated CTB
16 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges 50/35 – 35/20
12 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
3 mile walk with my son
Saturday:
Rest day
Sunday:
5 rounds of each:
- Row 200 meters 10 reverse crunches
- Row 200 meters 10 push-ups
It will be a total of 2000 meters on the rower 50 reverse crunches & 50 push-ups

A. Within 12 min work up to a 1RM Back Squat
Conditioning.
“Nasty Girls”
3 rounds for time:
50 Squats
7 Ring Muscle-ups (7 Dips, 7 Pullups)
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 – 115/85 – 95/65
*15 min cap

A. Within 12 minutes work up to a 1RM Snatch
Conditioning.
For time:
1k row
*6 min cap
After driving in a car for many hours we did a quick workout~
2 rounds:
- 25 air squats
- 35 mountain climbers
- 50 jumping jacks
Wednesday:
2 mile run on treadmill
Thursday:
2 mile run on treadmill
then
50-40-30-20-10
- Sit-ups
- Air squats
