Weekly Workouts~ 6/19/20

Welcome to my weekly fitness post. If you are needing some workout inspiration or ideas, you are in the right place!!  Finding something that you really enjoy & having a diverse routine can help keep boredom away.  If you are in a place where you don’t know where to start, I can empathize. It used to be impossible for me to run around a lap of the track. Taking small steps and doing the next right thing helped me get to a place of fitness. It’s not easy, but it is simple. Monday:

EMOM 20 Minutes

Partner A:

  • 5 Thrusters
  • 5 Burpees

Partner B:

  • hang from bar OR hold bar bell over head
  1. When Partner A completes a round switch
  2. Continue for 20 minutes

Tuesday:

Rest

Wednesday:

Partner Workout

Partner A:

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 wall balls
  • 10 leg raises

Partner B: 

  • row
  1. When partner A completes a round switch
  2. Continue until total 4,000 meters is rowed

Thursday:

Rest

Friday:

EMOM & Swim

20 min EMOM:

  • jump rope
  • alternating lunges with plate overhead
  • burpees
  • sit-ups

20 minute swim

Saturday:

The Prep- Cardio and Core

40 minutes Beachbody workout program

Sunday:

12 mile Bike ride 

rode out on a trail 6 miles out and 6 miles back
