Dropping drama and picking up love, I can again claim happiness and peace within. I choose to bring love to a situation, that tempts me to follow fear. To make preparing the Butternut Squash SUPER easy- try this cool trick!!!
- Wash the squash (obviously)
- Put it in the crockpot
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours
- Cool for a few minutes- it will be HOT (be careful please!!)
- Easily cut the squash in half, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh of the squash
- Now it is ready to go for this yummy soup!!!

Start with Scrambled eggs then pick your add-ons:
- Spinach
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
- Feta
- Sausage
- Bacon

Spaghetti & Zoodles
- 1 lb of hamburger
- 1 lb of sausage
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- oregano, parsley, garlic
- 2 zucchini (or you can buy pre-made zoodles)
Cook hamburger and sausage in a skillet until done.
Add sauce and spices
For the zoodles- you can now buy pre-made zucchini noodles OR you can make your own!!
