If you can only buy one piece of workout equipment it should be~ a KETTLEBELL. They are so versatile and the amount of workouts that can be done are endless!!!

A recent work out completed with no other equipment other then a Kettlebell was:

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)  for 15 minutes Alternate:

The work/rest ratio should be about 40sec/20sec

Example:

  • Min 1 KB swings
  • Min 2 Goblet squats
  • Min 3 pushups
  • Min 4  KB swings
  • Min 5 Goblet Squats
  • Min 6 pushups
  • Etc

Need some more reasons to buy a Kettle Bell?
  • They are portable & travel well
  • It takes up very little space
  • There are millions of workouts that can be done with them- do a quick search on Pinterest & you’ll see what I mean
  • It can be used to easily combine strength and cardio
  • Using KB during a workout helps improve your grip strength
