Simple Greek Yogurt Veggie Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill (or fresh dill if you have it)
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, stir in fresh herbs like parsley or chives for extra flavor and color.
  4. Chill for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors blend, then serve with sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, or cherry tomatoes!

Macro-Friendly Notes:

  • High in protein thanks to the Greek yogurt.
  • Low in carbs and fat (unless you use full-fat yogurt, which you totally can for a richer dip).
  • Super versatile—you can also use it as a spread for wraps or a topping for grilled chicken.
