Silk + Sonder Planner

This Silk + Sonder planner, feels like it was made just for me! It has everything that I could ever want in a planner. It incorporates journaling, holistic wellness, planning, and goals all in one. Each month a new planner comes delivered right to my front door. It promotes self care, habits, goal setting and relaxation. There is a theme for each month, the theme is tied in through the different pages . There are some pages that are the same each month, and some are different depending on the theme.

Each page is like a work of art. Every month has a theme, and pages that are dedicated to the theme. August was desire.

This page is where you list your goals, meals, habits you want to incorporate, and more fun things!

Here is the weekly calendar. Use a bullet style journal if you’d like. Personally, I like to color code all of my activities and plans. That way I can easily organize my time. I check off each item after it is complete.

Don’t worry if you wonder where to start, there is an instruction sheet that helps learn how the planner was designed to be used.

Each month, you get a habit tracker to help keep focus on what you what to accomplish. You don’t have to use every slot. You can focus on just one habit if you want to. The point is, do what works for you.

Here is the spot for reflecting on the previous month. The highs and lows.
