Meal Planning is a lifesaver in our house! Having all meals planned out saves time and money, so it really is a win win!! It has been something that I have worked on simplifying over the years.
My biggest tips are:
- List out all of your meals for the week
- Write a grocery list (don’t forget to check your pantry and fridge)
- Get all of the groceries you need for the week in 1 trip
- Cook ahead and/or double up (to use at a later date) what you can
Monday:
Turkey burgers with Sweet Potato Hash~
Turkey burgers-
*Using ground turkey make up patties
*Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
*Cook up on a skillet
Sweet Potato hash~
*Dice up 2 sweet potatoes
*Add olive oil or coconut oil to a skillet, heat and then add sweet potatoes.
*Put in some diced garlic, salt and pepper.
*Stir frequently and cook until potatoes are tender (easily poked with a fork, is the rule I use)
Tuesday:
Tacos

- Cauliflower Rice
- Taco Meat
- Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Ranch
Wednesday:
Chicken bowl
- Rotisserie Chicken Meat pulled apart
- Add in veggies~
- Cauliflower rice
- Sweet Potatoes (from Sweet Potato Hash)
- Feta Cheese
Thursday:
Leftovers
Friday:
Breakfast for dinner
Saturday:
Take out
Sunday:
Spaghetti & Zoodles
- 1 lb of hamburger
- 1 lb of sausage
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- oregano, parsley, garlic
- 2 zucchini (or you can buy pre-made zoodles)
Cook hamburger and sausage in a skillet until done.
Add sauce and spices
For the zoodles- you can now buy pre-made zucchini noodles OR you can make your own!!
