Goal Planning for November 2020
As I sat down to goal plan for November, I can’t believe that there are only 2 months left in 2020. This year has been slow and fast at the same time, you know what I mean? Regardless of what is going on, I always feel better with a plan. Previously, I struggled with how to organize my plan and goals for each month. I knew what I wanted to accomplish, but was missing something. Guess what, I found it- my new goal planning printable and the method I am using on How to set monthly goals and achieve them
Goal Planning for November 2020
-
Write out clear goals for the month
-
Use my daily plan to-do list
- this helps break down the larger goals into smaller chunks (interested in this printable- it’s free when you sign up for my newsletter)
-
Have an accountability partner!
- It really helped me to find out what motivates me. After reading the book The Four Tendencies by Gretchen RubinI learned my motivation comes from outer accountability.
- Having that accountability partner is key for me to keep me on track. So now my friend and I meet each week to check in on each other and update on the progress of our goals
-
Timer
- This helps me stay focused, I tend to get distracted and when I know my time is limited to work on something I stay on task better.
-
Utilizing the alarms on my phone as reminders
- Sometimes life gets busy and I just forget and need a little reminder. My alarms are named for the specific task I want to do. For example- every night at 10pm my alarm goes off to get coffee ready for the next morning
