Five Friday Favorites 9/17/21

1. Podcast:

    • Just Ingredients with Karilynne Cali
      • Just Ingredients Instagram is a wealth of information on how to nourish our bodies by using healthy ingredients in everything that comes into contact with our bodies- food, personal care items, even the air we breathe. So I was excited to hear that she has a podcast. I love listening to her talk more in-depth about it as well as interviewing people who share even more healthy living information.
      • This week I listened to Episode where she interviewed Juanique Roney from @gutsy_mom on Instagram. They dive into gut health, why it’s so important and what we can do about it!

2. Show

    • Only Murders in Our Building on Hulu
      • My mom recommended this show to us and we started watching it this week. It’s so fun. We needed a fun show, after watching some serious shows recently. There is mystery, humor and the combination of Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez (Wizards of Waverly Place was a staple in our house when my kids were younger)

3. Bevie- Popi Raspberry Rose

    • The lovely ladies at Well Well Well Podcast introduced me to the term “bevies” and I absolutely love it and use it all the time.
    • Bevie = beverage. Listening to their podcast has got me really interested in trying out some new and fun drinks. I found this Poppi soda and I am not a soda or pop (if your from Nebraska) fan. And this is not your typical soda. It is made with apple cider vinegar and all kinds of yummy and clean ingredients. This Raspberry Rose is my favorite flavor- it’s so good!!!

      5. DEMOS: Find demos for a lot of the recipes in her highlights on Instagram. It’s nice to be able to see it in action!!
      My plan is to make 1 dinner series (2 meals) each week from Cook Once Dinner Fix.
