Wellness Wednesday~ Books I read in April

Reading is my favorite! Here are a few reasons why!!

  • Books allow you to see the world from another view
  • They help develop Critical thinking skills
  • Reading can expand your vocabulary
  • Reading a book lowers stress
  • Reading can help improve your memory
Books I read in April:

Finding time to read can be tricky. I have always loved to read, so making it a priority is important to me. What we make a priority, we make happen.

  1. I always read before bed, even if it’s only for 15 minutes
  2. Taking my book with me- Instead of getting on my phone and checking Facebook when I am waiting for something, I pull my book out and read.
  3. Be part of a book club! I am in a book club with people in different states, we do it all through texting!  Reese Witherspoon has a book club on Instagram, Oprah has a million books different books in her book club list, Libraries have book clubs
  4. When traveling- I always make sure I bring a book or 2
