Each month this year a goal of mine is to workout at least 5 times a week! Sundays are my day that I plan out my workouts for the week and WRITE them in my calendar!! I have been using a Commit to fit planner that is specifically for fitness. So far it is one of my favorite things 🙂

As I am putting together my specific 2019 workout goals I am really thinking about what I want my body to do. What I mean is~ this is the year that I turn the big 4-0… and honestly I am really starting to feel it lately. Some of my joints, muscles, etc are starting to hurt and my hope it to continue to workout for my whole life. I want to be kind to my body but also push it and continue to be strong. So as I plan my fitness/workout goals for 2019 I already know they will be a little different then last year. Do you have some workout/fitness goals for 2019? I would love to hear what they are!Â
