A week of dinner planning 4/5/21

If you are ready to feel less stress in your household, give a week of dinner planning a try!

There is something peaceful about getting our dinners planned for the week. Something as simple as sitting down for 15-30 minutes to plan our meals out, leads to nights that run smoother and are less hectic. An added bonus, you don’t have to continue to make decisions about dinner 7 times, just once. That is a win to me!!! If you are new to meal planning, start with my step by step guide to  *How to weekly meal plan*

Having a leftover night planned is a must! It cuts down on food that is wasted & gives 1 less night of actual planning!
