If meal planning has you feeling overwhelmed, lets simplify this week! We are going to cook 5 easy dinners using chicken. This week I am going to use chicken breasts, chicken thighs and yes, even ground chicken! Check out my 5 easy dinners to make with chicken- and get your meal plan done for the week!
Monday:
If you are looking for a super yummy dinner to make & you love Chinese takeout, I found what you need to make this week!! It’s also Paleo, which is just an added bonus! It is the first time I have made a recipe from the Whole Kitchen Sink, and I promise, it will not be the last! The only thing I was missing were the cashews- which my son thought was hilarious, since it’s called Cashew Chicken. He said- so we are just eating chicken?

Tuesday:
How could you not love chicken & melted cheese? Those are the stars of the show with chicken quesadillas! Usually I make tacos on Tuesdays, so I thought I would switch it up and do some quesadillas!

Wednesday:
Do you have a leftovers day? It’s really the best- you get a yummy meal & don’t have to cook it. If you are not doing leftover meals in your house, I promise you should try it!!

This is something I am just going to throw together. I am thinking that I will use chicken breasts- cut up in bite sized pieces, cooked slightly crispy. Have both Spaghetti sauce and Alfredo sauce with Angel hair pasta & of course cheese.

It looks like it’s going to be a great night to grill out & what’s better than chicken on the grill!! Still working on what my side dishes will be, but check out my Instagram stories on Friday to find out!

Casseroles are really one of the best things to make for dinner. I love me a good casserole. The first time I made this, I was a little skeptical because it uses ground chicken. I had never in my life made anything with ground chicken, but I trust Juli at PaleOMG- she has never let me down 🙂 And seriously- it’s so yummy!!
