Life is busy and complicated and it is easy to get stuck in a space of worry and negativity. Having a thankful heart takes intention. Just like any other “training” we do in life, we can train ourselves to be thankful.
- Write down 3 things everyday that you are thankful for (try to make them specific) or use a specific journal for gratitude
- Do something nice for someone every day
- It can be as simple as smiling at someone 🙂
- Tell people thank you
- Morning affirmations~ Try this one:
- Today is a day of happiness and peace. I am grounded and centered. I am grateful for my beautiful life that is filled with many blessings. I move through my day with consciousness, grace, and love.
