If you would like a quick and healthy snack, I have the perfect recipe for you! These protein bites make a great breakfast, snack, post workout treat or after-school snack. They taste like cookies but are super nutritious!
- 1 cup Protein powder
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1 3/4 cups PeanutButter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl
- Make into balls
- Put on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate (once they are set, I usually transfer them into a storage container and still keep them in the fridge).
