A Quick and easy snack: protein bites

If you would like a quick and healthy snack, I have the perfect recipe for you! These protein bites make a great breakfast, snack, post workout treat or after-school snack.  They taste like cookies but are super nutritious!

  • 1 cup Protein powder
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 3/4 cups PeanutButter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Make into balls
  3. Put on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate (once they are set, I usually transfer them into a storage container and still keep them in the fridge).
