Here are a list of my favorite things in July. These are things that brought me joy, enjoyment or made my life easier or happier. I hope that you find something that is helpful for you too!

- My word of the year is CELEBRATE (see my post on how I picked it)
- The Beach!! We went on a wonderful family vacation to Orange Beach in Alabama!
- My daughter’s 21st birthday
- Going to some local vineyards
- Swim parties
- Getting ice cream
- Spending time with family

Favorite workout equipment
- It’s called a jump rope trainer, but I use it to jump rope in a small space
- This is also great for traveling

My new planner/journal
- This planner is more than a planner! It’s a proactive approach to daily self care
- Each month has a theme that helps promote self care and organizing goals
- In the pages of this planer you will find a habit tracker, recipe, coloring page, sleep tracker, mood tracker, mind/health/body plan, journaling prompts and more!
- Of course there is also the planning part of it- each week there is a calendar and also tools for tracking and meeting goals

Quick Breakfast
- It’s super simple and delicious
- Better Oats oatmeal– add water and cook for 1 min
- Add protein powder, 1 spoonful of peanut butter, bananas, & a splash of cashew milk

DIY: Essential oil roller
- I love using essential oils, so I decided to try making these simple rollers
- Happy
- 15 drops of lavender
- 15 drops of lemon
- 15 drops of stress away
- fill the rest of the roller up with liquid coconut oil
- Calm
- 15 drops of lavender
- 15 drops of frankincense
- 15 drops of stress away
- fill the rest of the roller up with liquid coconut oil
