Real Life Wellness classes and events are designed to help women slow down, reflect, and intentionally create sustainable routines, supportive practices, and meaningful change in their real lives.
Rooted in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, whether it's a yoga class or workshop we will blend mindset, reflection, and intentional living in a way that feels grounded, doable, and supportive.
I am also available to lead classes and workshops for churches, organizations, leadership groups, teams, and community spaces on a wide range of topics related to holistic health, wellness, stress management, self-trust, sustainable routines, and creating a life that feels aligned.
Past workshop partners include First Plymouth Church, Neighbors Church, Leadership Lincoln, and Echo Collective.

Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath at My Wellness Center 5601 Union Hill Rd
Monday, October 19th from 7:00-8:00 pm CST
Give yourself permission to pause.
Join us for an evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with gentle restorative yoga and supported stretches to release physical tension and invite ease into the body.
From there, you’ll settle into complete relaxation as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments guide you into a state of deep rest. Allow the vibrations to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and create space for renewal.
Suitable for all levels.
Make Space for YOU
Thursday October 29th from 7:00-8:00 pm CST
When was the last time you intentionally made space for you?
Between work, family, responsibilities, relationships, and everything that needs our attention, it can be easy to find ourselves somewhere near the bottom of the list.
But making space for yourself doesn’t have to mean adding another thing to your already- full schedule.
In this workshop, we’ll explore what it means to make space for yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually- and some of the thoughts, expectations, and habits that can make that harder than it sounds.
You’ll have time to reflect on where you could use a little more room for yourself right now and identify realistic ways to begin creating it in your REAL life.
Come as you are, bring something to write with, and give yourself this hour to slow down, check in, and make a little space for YOU. ![]()
A Practice rooted in both
Science and Story
Real Life Wellness was created from both professional experience and personal transformation.
After experiencing betrayal and infidelity in my first marriage, I went through a transformation that included reflection and awakening that completely changed the way I approached my own wellness, mindset and the life I wanted to create.
Through that journey, I realized that it wasn’t about perfection or having it all together, but by learning who I was (without the roles I play to others), and then supporting myself- mind, body and spirit.
My approach combines both personal experience and professional education, including:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Nurse Coach Certification in helping others in Holistic Health and Wellness
- Certified Yoga Instructor
- Certified Nutrition Coach
But more than credentials, my work is rooted in helping people create sustainable wellness practices that actually fit their real lives.
I believe that wellness should feel:
- supportive
- realistic
- compassionate
- and aligned with you
