Weekly menu plan 5/10/21

5 steps to having a weekly menu plan:

  1. Do a quick survey of your fridge, freezer, and pantry (this helps you use what you have and not buy something you’ve already purchased).
  2. Look at your household schedules (if you have a night of practices and games, a crockpot meal is a better pick than something that will take a lot of time and energy to cook)
  3. Pick out what you are going to make for each dinner and make your grocery list
  4. Prep and prepare what you can. Cooking up meat ahead of time for tacos or spaghetti can make a big difference!
  5. Enjoy! My goal is feeding my family, not making complicated meals every night. Keeping it simple is important in our household!

These printables have made my menu planning even more simple! If you are interested in having access to my FREE printable library, just sign up for my weekly newsletter- here!
