Weekly menu plan~ 9/7/20

Have you made a weekly menu plan part of your routine? It is one of those things that is a must in our household. Having our menu ready for the week brings peace to that feeling when you are asked- what’s for dinner??? Here is our weekly menu plan:

Monday:

Snack tray supper

My favorite meal is one full of snack and getting to eat a little of a lot of different food. So I love taking advantage of night like this to eat a tray full of snacks!

On my snack tray was- cheese, turkey stick, pita chips & hummus

Tuesday:

Basil Pesto Salmon (Home Chef)

Wednesday:

Chicken and Avocado Tomato Salsa (Home Chef)

Thursday:

Spaghetti Pie by PaleOMG

For this meal I got to use a spaghetti squash that we grew in our very own garden!

Super easy way to cook spaghetti squash-

  1. Wash your squash
  2. Pierce it several times with a knife
  3. Put it in the crockpot with 1 cup of water or broth
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours
  5. Remove from the crockpot- it will be hot so BE CAREFUL!!
  6. Cut it in half and shred the noodles

Dinner out
