My FAVORITE meal planning tips:
- Using your calendar, plan out meals that make the most sense for each night
- Don’t forget to plan in leftover meals
- Take the time to also use up what you already have (take a peek in your fridge & pantry for FREE items)
- Plan your Grocery list at the same time as your meal planning and kitchen inventory
- Grocery shop
- Prep ahead what you can
- Theme nights- this is a new one I am trying
- Meat me Monday, Taco Tuesday, Wednesday Leftovers, Thursday Crockpot, Tryday Friday, Saturday out to eat, Sunday Casserole (or something easy to reheat for lunches for the week)
Here are some of my FAVORITE things to use in the kitchen!!
