Chicken Thighs with veggies
These chicken thighs are delicious & so simple!
- Put olive oil on the skillet
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper
- Cook about 15 minutes on both sides, or until cooked through
Roasted Asparagus
- Wash and dry asparagus
- Cut woody ends off
- Put asparagus on a baking sheet
- Drizzle olive oil & season with salt and pepper
- Roast in oven at 425 for about 10 minutes
Baked Sweet Potatoes
These were quick and easy to fix! I just washed the sweet potatoes, poked several holes in them with a fork, and then cooked in the microwave with the potato button. Just add butter, salt and pepper!

Pick your rice- white, brown or cauliflower
