Real Life, Real Fitness~ week of 5/18/20

Working out is even more fun with cute workout clothes! My current workout plan is a mixture of 2 programs and some Crossfit style workouts.

My week of workouts:

Monday:
  • 24 Minute EMOM~
    • bike
    • squats
    • kettle-bell swings
    • row
    • burpees
    • leg raises
Tuesday:
  • Partner Workout:
    • 25 minutes to complete~
    • 100 Wallballs
    • 90 deadlifts
    • 80 push-ups
    • 70 step ups
    • 60 leg raises
    • 50 burpees
    • 40 cleans
    • 30 push press
    • 20 lunges
    • 10 thrusters
Wednesday:

rest day

Thursday:
  • Barre Blend: Day 1- Classic Full Body Blend
Friday:
  • Partner workout
    • With 1 person working at time, complete
    • 100 push-press
    • 100 front squats
    • 200 sit-ups
    • 2000 meter row
Saturday:
  • The Prep- Week 1: Endurance and Agility
Sunday:
  • The Prep- Week 1: Pull
