We are trying a Whole 30ish way of eating this month. It’s probably 3/4 30. But all meals that I am making this week are Whole 30 approved!! Have you ever tried Whole 30 or Paleo? If you need some healthy, yummy recipes follow along with us!
Monday:

Taco Rice Bowl

Layer~
- Cauliflower rice
- Taco meat
- Cheese (omit for whole 30)
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Sour Cream (omit for whole 30)

Friday:
Baked Potato Bar
- Start with any potato you like -bake using your preferred method
- Add toppings:
- Meat (ex: taco meat, chili, shredded chicken, bacon, etc)
- Butter (use Ghee or omit for Whole 30)
- Sour cream (omit for Whole 30)
- Cheese (omit for Whole 30)
- Herbs- Cilantro, parsley, etc
- Add toppings:

Saturday:
Turkey burgers & Sweet Potato Hash
Turkey Burgers:
*Using ground turkey make up patties
*Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
*Cook up on a skillet
Sweet Potato hash:
*Dice 2 sweet potatoes
*Add olive oil or coconut oil to a skillet, heat and then add sweet potatoes.
*Put in some diced garlic, salt and pepper.
*Stir frequently and cook until potatoes are tender (easily poked with a fork, is the rule I use)
