Monday:
Spaghetti & Zoodles
- 1 lb of hamburger
- 1 lb of sausage
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
- oregano, parsley, garlic
- 2 zucchini (or you can buy pre-made zoodles)
Cook hamburger and sausage in a skillet until done.
Add sauce and spices
For the zoodles- you can now buy pre-made zucchini noodles OR you can make your own!! I use an attachment on my mixer- see it linked here.
Tuesday:
Taco Rice Bowl
We love making Tacos at our house! Here is a quick and easy recipe for taco seasoning! If you want this can be made in larger batches and kept in an airtight container! Enjoy!!

Baked Potato Bar
- Start with any potato you like -bake using your preferred method
- Add toppings:
- Meat (ex: taco meat, chili, shredded chicken, bacon, etc)
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Cheese
- Herbs- Cilantro, parsley, etc
- Add toppings:
