Real Life, Real Menu 1/13/20

 

Monday:

Spaghetti & Zoodles
  • 1 lb of hamburger
  • 1 lb of sausage
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • oregano, parsley, garlic
  • 2 zucchini (or you can buy pre-made zoodles)

Cook hamburger and sausage in a skillet until done.

Add sauce and spices

For the zoodles- you can now buy pre-made zucchini noodles OR you can make your own!! I use an attachment on my mixer- see it linked here.

Tuesday:

Taco Rice Bowl

We love making Tacos at our house! Here is a quick and easy recipe for taco seasoning! If you want this can be made in larger batches and kept in an airtight container! Enjoy!!

Leftovers

Thursday:

Dinner out

Friday:

Baked Potato Bar
  • Start with  any potato you like -bake using your preferred method
    • Add toppings:
      • Meat (ex: taco meat, chili,  shredded chicken, bacon, etc)
      • Butter
      • Sour cream
      • Cheese
      • Herbs- Cilantro, parsley, etc
