Here in our house we do a mixture of a scheduled workout program and workouts we create. My week of workouts:
Monday:
Transform20 (Beachbody program)~Day 37: Faster
Tuesday:
Transform20 ~ Day 38: Stronger
Wednesday:
Transform20 ~Day39: Powerful
Thursday:
EMOM 30 minutes
- Bike
- Squats
- Superman abs
- Row
- Lunges
- Penguin abs
Friday:
Rest day
Saturday:
EMOM 30 minutes
- Bike
- Burpee
- Knee Up (on the pull up bar)
- Row
- Step ups
- Kettle bell swings
Sunday:
EMOM 30 Minutes
- Wall Balls
- Sit ups
- Overhead lunges
- Jump rope
- Mountain Climbers
- Jumping Jacks
- Ring dips
