Do you ever get in a workout rut? I sure have before! Finding something that you really enjoy & having a diverse routine can help keep boredom away 🙂 Also making sure you schedule in a time to work out is so important. If it isn’t on the calendar, it probably won’t happen, so make it part of your routine. If you are in a place where you don’t know where to start, I can empathize. It used to be impossible for me to run around a lap of the track. Taking small steps and doing the next right thing helped me get to a place of fitness. It’s not easy, but it is simple. If you are interested in how I got started click here to see my previous post all about what worked for me. In the last year I discovered Beachbody workouts and loved them so much that I decided to become a coach. If you are interested in signing up or trying them out, see below on how to do that!

Currently my workouts look like this:

  • Finishing up Lifft4 program (using Beachbody on Demand)
  • 4 day/week program~ 40 minute workout each day that is split up into 1/3 lifting with weights, 1/3 cardio, & 1/3 abs
    • I am Beachbody coach and absolutely LOVE the workout programs they offer (if you are interested in signing up to do Beach Body- I would LOVE to help you in that journey! My coach id is 2037855, but just email me and I can send you all the details! My email is realliferealhome1@gmail.com (or message me on any of my social media sites)
    • I do not personally use their supplements, only because I have a couple supplements that I have used and trusted for years. If you have any questions about that please ask!
  • 1 -2 day a week I do a workout that I have created
    • Using Crossfit style moments
    • EMOM or Chipper format (and I always share these workouts with you!!
  • When time/weather allows I walk/jog 1 mile a day

Here are 2 workouts that you can do from home. The first one is using NO equipment and the 2nd one is using minimal equipment.

Thank you for stopping by~
