Before moving into a new month, I’m taking a moment to pause and reflect.
This is the second month of a new monthly series- ‘What I’m Noticing Right Now’. This is where I share what’s been working, what’s been supportive, and what I’m learning in real life.
What Stood Out This Month
April felt full in the best way.
Inside my membership, we focused on holistic finances, and I also had the opportunity to host a workshop and podcast with a financial coach.
I also led a workshop for Echo Collective, which was incredibly meaningful.
What’s Been Supporting Me
- Using Asana for project management (game changer for reducing overwhelm)
- Using Class Pass and being able to take spinning and pilates classes. Use this referral code for 20 extra credits
- Creating simple systems and structure to support my energy
What I’m Reading
Find the affiliate links to Bookshop for all of my 2026 books here
- Happy Wife
- Say You’ll Remember Me
- What Nobody Tells You About Money
One thing I’ve been intentional about:
Reading at night as part of my wind-down routine
Reading during the day (with notes) for learning → reading for rest and reading for growth
What I’m Watching
- The Pitt (HBO Max)- just started and currently on S1 EP10
- Shrinking (Apple TV)- finished season 3
- Homeland
What’s worked for us- bringing back the 90’s vibe of having a specific night that we watch a specific show. Tuesday’s we watch Homeland and Wednesdays- The Pitt (this was Shrinking until we finished season 3)
Life Lately
Making sure that I have things on my calendar that energize me
- Time with my grandkids
- Time with friends
- Traveling for a family wedding
- Celebrating my anniversary
- Creative time and having a jigsaw puzzle out
Simple, meaningful moments that made life feel full
What I’m Noticing
How I support myself matters and when I take care of me, I have the capacity to care for others in a more healthy and connected way.
Small shifts like routines, boundaries, and systems make a big difference in how life feels.
This is not about doing everything perfectly… its about noticing what’s working and what’s not. Learning how to create more of what’s working, and decrease or delegate what’s not.
A Gentle Reflection for You
Take a moment and ask yourself:
- What am I noticing right now?
- What’s been supporting me?
- What felt really good this month?
You don’t need to fix everything, start with awareness.
Ask yourself- “How do I want to feel?” and then create intentional action on how to feel that way.
How I Support Women in this work
Coaching- what best describes you:
- I want coaching and I’ve experienced infidelity and am looking for a way forward
- I want coaching that is focused on making changes with nutrition
- I want coaching to improve my overall life
