My favorite budget friendly workout gear plus our week of workouts!

Working out at home, does not have to mean a bunch of expensive gym equipment. There are so many workouts that can be done with little to no equipment. If you would like to purchase some things, but don’t want to spend a lot, I would suggest getting things that are versatile and can be used for multiple things. So, let’s talk about my favorite budget friendly workout gear!!

My favorite budget friendly workout gear:

  1. Kettle bell
    • There are so many different movements and workouts you can do with a kettle bell.
    • Kettle bell swings
    • Goblet squats
    • Sumo high pull
    • Deadlifts
    • Lunges
    • Cleans
  2. Jump rope
  3. Resistance bands
  4. Foam roller
