Reflection for Mind, Body and Soul
Come home to yourself- one breath at a time.

Meditation and journaling were not just helpful practices in my healing journey, they were a lifeline for me.

Right after I discovered that the person I trusted the most had been unfaithful- my world went into a tailspin. Everything felt chaotic and out of control. The chaos that was going on around me had no end in sight. I knew that the only way I was going to bring peace to my life was by creating it myself.

And... it worked. By consistently meditating and journaling (only 10 minutes a day), gave me space to feel, to listen to myself, to process and to release. It also helped me get to know myself and to learn what I wanted.

A Practice rooted in both

Science and Story

I bring a unique perspective as a Registered Nurse and a holistic wellness coach. That means I understand the body, the nervous system, and how stress, trauma, and even betrayal can live in our muscles, breath, and thoughts. My teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection with a grounded understanding of anatomy and the mind-body connection.

A Journey I’ve Walked Myself

Credentials matter, but so does lived experience. I know what it feels like to have your life change in a moment. I know what it feels like to keep showing up while carrying pain, confusion, grief, and questions that others may never see. And I know how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you who understands that kind of healing isn’t linear, simple or something you can rush.

My training matters, but my own healing journey also shapes the way I hold space. I do not come to this work only with tools and education; I come with compassion, understanding, and a deep belief that you can find your way back to yourself.
