Monday:

Leftovers

Making a designated leftover meal night is s a great way to make sure food doesn’t get thrown away!

Tuesday:

Tacos

My favorite way to have tacos is in a bowl form!

  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Taco Meat
  • Cheese
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Ranch

Turkey Burgers:

Turkey burgers- 

*Using ground turkey make up patties

*Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder

*Cook up on a skillet 

Thursday:

Spaghetti & Zoodles

  • 1 lb of hamburger
  • 1 lb of sausage
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • oregano, parsley, garlic
  • 2 zucchini (or you can buy pre-made zoodles)

Cook hamburger and sausage in a skillet until done.

Add sauce and spices

For the zoodles- you can now buy pre-made zucchini noodles OR you can make your own!!

Friday:

This makes great leftovers, so I love making it on a Sunday and then I have some quick leftover lunches for the week!
